Do you feel led to participate in the Village Project?

You can be involved by acting as a contact between TeamMalta and your group, telling them about the Village Project and leading or helping them through the adoption.

A typical procedure is given below...

The Village Project Procedure

1. Present the need to your church/ group.

2. If they are interested, give them a copy of the Village Project Adoption Form so they can read what this commitment would include, and begin praying about which Local Council area to select.

3. When your group feels led to continue, contact us so we can begin dialogue and working out the details of the partnership with you.

4. Once the partnership has been arranged, we suggest that you and your group hold a special 'Village adoption service', and let us know in advance so we can join in prayer and maybe even prayerwalk your chosen village on that day.

5. We will send any further information we have about this Local Council area and possibly some video and pictures.

6. Begin to fulfill the pledges agreed upon in the Adoption Form. (Research the village, help others pray effectively, and hold special prayer times. Some adoption groups also arrange to send some members to prayerwalk in the adopted village at some time during the adoption period.)
